1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Willconia Golf Swing Trimmer ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Willconia Golf Swing Trimmer automatically detects and trims golf swing videos. The Service is provided "as is" and results may vary depending on video quality, lighting conditions, and swing visibility.

3. Credits and Payments

        Credit Pack: $1.99 for 10 trims

        Credits are one-time purchases and do not expire.
        Credits are stored browser-side (cookies) and are non-transferable between devices.
    

Free users: 2 trims per day (no registration required)
Credit users: Credits are deducted per successful trim
Failed trims due to video quality issues may still consume a credit
All payments are processed securely by Stripe

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Full refund eligible: If none of your 10 purchased credits have been used, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
No refund if any credits used: If even 1 credit has been used, no refund will be issued for that purchase.
Technical failure: If a trim fails due to a server error on our end and a credit was consumed, we will restore that credit.
Duplicate charges: Duplicate charges due to payment errors will be fully refunded.

Refunds are not provided for:

Purchases where any credits have been used (even 1 out of 10)
Lost credits due to cookie deletion (use /recover to restore them instead)
Unsatisfactory results due to video quality issues (e.g., side view, poor lighting, low frame rate)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload videos containing illegal content
Attempt to circumvent usage limits through automated means
Use the Service for commercial resale without permission
Upload videos you do not have rights to process

6. Video Content

You retain full ownership of videos you upload
We do not claim any rights to your video content
Uploaded videos are permanently deleted after processing
We do not view, analyze beyond technical processing, or share your videos

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Inaccurate swing detection results
Data loss due to technical failures
Service interruptions or downtime
Loss of credits due to browser cookie clearing

8. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. In case of permanent discontinuation, unused credits will be refunded.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
